Wellbeing

Wellbeing is paramount to learning and development and underpins all that we do at All Saints. Children practise mindfulness and gratitude as part of a culture of continuous improvement for themselves and each other.

KidsMatter

Staff have completed Professional Learning on the KidsMatter Primary framework which focuses on mental health and wellbeing Primary Schools and is proven to make a positive difference to the lives of Australian children.

KidsMatter Primary provides the proven methods, tools and support to help schools work with parents and carers, health services and the wider community, to nurture happy, balanced children.

Mark Le Messurier

All Saints hosts parent workshops presented by Mark Le Messurier on building Resilience.

Berry Street

All Saints staff members completed a four day training course on the Berry Street Education Model this year. This course enables teachers to "increase engagement with challenging students and successfully improve all students' self-regulation, growth and academic achievement."

Seasons for Growth

Embodying the spirit of Saint Mary of the Cross - Mary MacKillop, Seasons for Growth supports children who have experienced grief in any way such as a death of a family member or friend, the break down of a marriage, or the loss of a cherished pet. The program, whilst not being formal 'counselling', may assist children adjust to significant life events causing stress.
